Box not syncing with computer

Hi,

When I save a file to my computer folder that I have sync'd with Box, it does not show up in Box. It says in my folder that it is sync'd but it is not. It has the blue check and everything. I went through and tried to sync everything, but my document still isn't showing up in the Box folder.

Any idea?
