A new pc and we cannot get windows 10 to install. When we first booted it up and stuck in the windows 10 home edition usb drive, it asked us if we wanted to install the 32 or 64 bit version. When we picked 64, it proceeded with the install and had us pick the hdd. When it started installing, it failed about 18% in and gave some warning that windows failed to install. We tried to reboot the pc to try again and now it appears the flash drive is dead. When we turn on the pc, it goes to the 32 or 64 bit version selection screen. When we pick 64 bit, it goes to the loading files screen for a few seconds and then the pc just goes back to the 32 or 64 bit screen again like the pc restarts. We tried using a different hdd, plugging the usb into a different USB port and nothing. Any ideas? Did the windows usb go corrupt that fast? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3573652/clean-install-windows.htmlcommercial product video
