Hi, Some keys on the keyboard trigger unwanted operations, most notably the "m" key which opens a Lenovo box "Custom Program Settings" (used to run programs, search, or open a web page), the "n" key opens a little box that can minimize, restore, and close a web browser, and the "h" key which mutes or unmutes volume. Usually, the letter still appears, but the cursor will move, or windows will resize, or sometimes random characters appear. -Reinstalled Energy Managment Drivers -Ran full computer scan using Microsoft security essentials -Numlock is off You can enable custom keys by clicking the Custom button on the Control Panel or selecting Start -> All Programs -> Lenovo -> Energy Management -> Custom Program Settings. Tried going to this but the file doesn't exist. Any ideas? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
